Children are admitted into the school from the age of 3 months into the Nursery.There is an admission fee on admittance into the school and this is a one-off payment unless the child/children leave the school and then wish to return.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

  • • One Love expect parents/guardian to notify the School of any change in registration details, including telephone numbers, and provide necessary information requested concerning their child’s care.
  • • Parents/Guardian are requested to notify us of any accident or injury suffered by the child since the last attended session which will then be recorded (please see child protection policy.).
  • • The Registration Form gives One Love consent, if signed, to take your child on routine outings e.g. Park etc.
  • • The Registration Form gives One Love School consent, if signed, for a member of school staff to transport your child to hospital or doctor’s surgery in the case of an emergency.
  • • The school will NOT accept children who are suffering from any contagious disease (see policies) or who have had diarrhoea or vomiting within the previous 48 hours.
  • • Admission fee and one month’s school fees are payable on the day of completing the admission forms. Following this all fees are paid into the bank at the beginning of every month.
  • Admission fees are non-refundable.
  • • Admission fee and one month’s fee is payable on the day of booking. If payment is still not your child a place at One Love. All fees are paid into the bank on the 1st of every month.
  • • A surcharge of 10 GHC will be made for payments not received on the set day. If payment is still not received within the week following this date, then a fine of 5GHC per day will be made until payment is received or your child/children’s space will be suspended until the account has been settled.
  • • Recurring overdue fees will result in the termination of the child’s place without prior notice and action will be taken to recover any outstanding fees.
  • • One Love School will adopt the policy that the fee structure will be reviewed September of every year.
  • • For late collection of children from the nursery a surcharge of 10 GCH for up to every 15 minutes late will be incurred, with no exceptions, and added to the next fees.
  • • If there are any absences, due to child or parent/guardian illnesses or missed sessions, then the full contracted fee is still payable. Likewise, if the child is on holiday the full contracted fee is payable.
  • One Love School closes for 2 weeks at Christmas and all the bank holidays.
  • • This agreement is subject to change in part or whole by One Love School with one months’ notice. All parents will be notified via letter within two weeks. One Love School will not be held liable for any unread notifications.
